Glaser Finances 14 Apartment Projects

ST. PAUL - Glaser Financial Group recently financed and assumed mortgage loan servicing duties for projects in Minnesota, Texas, Louisiana, Wisconsin, and Arkansas, totalling over $100 million.

Glaser Financial Group recently financed and assumed mortgage loan servicing duties for more than $100 million in mortgages on 14 projects in Minnesota, Texas, Louisiana, Wisconsin and Arkansas.

Glaser will administer the construction loan and service the $15 million permanent mortgage for Skyline Towers Apartments, a 506-unit apartment property being renovated in St. Paul. Other big projects include a $14.5 million permanent mortgage for the Rivers Apartments, a 176-unit independent senior housing and assisted living property in Burnsville, MN, and a $13.7 million permanent mortgage for Salem Green Apartments, a 320-unit property located in Inver Grove Heights, MN.
