The two new buildings will stand next to Master Development's 98%-leased Thoroughbred Business Park, about a mile north of the Pomona Freeway and in the 1400 block of East Francis Street. The buildings will be available for lease or sale.

Master Development has another 500,000 sf of buildings under construction in other parts of the Inland Empire, where industrial vacancy rates are low and prices have risen steadily.
