RCN Corp., 25% owned by billionaire Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures, has leased the 36,641-sf westerly half of the former Landa Building at 13705 NE Airport Way. The building is owned by members of the Sivers family, who last year sold its 900,000-sf industrial portfolio for stock in First Industrial Realty Trust. The easterly half is being leased by Kaiser Permanente.

"These guys are moving at the speed of light, so to speak," Kappas said.
