Chairman and chief executive officer Joel San Antonio says, "Warrantech has been streamlining operations over the last year and recognizes the need for facility centralization to maximize cost efficiencies. In keeping with our recent efforts, we have decided to close our Connecticut facility and move all domestic operations to Texas."

Through its subsidiaries, the company administers and markets service contracts and after-market warranties on automobiles, auto components, recreational vehicles, appliances, consumer electronics, homes, computer and computer peripherals for retailers, distributors and manufacturers here and overseas.
