Cooley Godward LLP Expands Colorado Office; Leases 75,000 sf in Interlocken

BROOMFIELD, CO-Cooley Godward LLP, one of Silicon Valley's hottest law firms, is leasing 75,000 sf in the hottest office campus between Boulder and Denver. Its Boulder office may be out, but its downtown Denver office stays intact.

Cooley Godward LLP, one of Silicon Valley’s hottest law firms, is leasing 75,000 sf in the hottest office campus between Boulder and Denver.

The law firm, with 115 employees, including 61 attorneys, in Colorado will take the top three floors of a 10-story office building that is under construction at 380 Amber Dr. in the Interlocken Advanced Technology Environment Business Park along the US 36 corridor, about 10 miles outside of Boulder.

The law firm, which has 580 attorneys nationwide, currently leases 24,000 sf in Boulder, where it has had a presence since 1993. When it moves in early January, it will vacate its Boulder office, but will retain a subsidiary office in the Tabor Center in downtown Denver, said Michael Platt, a business partner at the law firm.
