Joseph Cotter, president of iPark on Hudson, an affiliate of National Re/sources, says that plans are to upgrade the property with high-speed Internet and data access. Mercy College of Dobbs Ferry is planning to lease from 15,000 sf to as much as 40,000 sf as a satellite technology campus. In addition, Cotter and city officials confirm that Yonkers will establish a technology incubator at the property to assist fledgling high-technology companies grow.

"We are talking with a number of telecommunications and e-commerce companies about leasing at the building," Cotter says. They will join tenants such as Kawasaki Rail Car, which occupies approximately 400,000 sf and employs 250 workers.
