Primewest Business Park Sells 15 Acres in Two Deals

HOUSTON-Primewest Business Park is bustling with activity these days, with two buildings coming to market and two land deals coming to fruition. A sports equipment retailer, an existing tenant, plans to expand its headquarters and distribution center, buying an additional 14 acres for the project.

Situs Inc., the Houston-based owner of Primewest Business Park, is experiencing a flurry of land sales and new construction in recent weeks. Academy Sports & Outdoors has purchased 14 acres to expand its existing headquarters and distribution center. In addition, Elliott Electric has bought one acre for a new warehouse and distribution facility.

Two new Primewest buildings have come on line for Knight Transportation and the Pregnancy Healthcare Center. The 120-acre Primewest business park is bordered by Mason Road to the west, Park Row to the south and Franz Road to the north.
