The 1.4 million-sf Dolphin Mall opens in Miami in March. The 1.3 million-sf Mall at Wellington debuts in Palm Beach County in October 2001; the 1.26 million-sf International Plaza at the Tampa International Airport comes on line in September 2001; and the 1.2 million-sf Mall at Millennia in Orlando is scheduled to break ground by yearend with a targeted opening for first quarter 2002.

In Miami, the Michigan-based REIT already has signed leases from Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet, Dave & Busters, Burlington Coat Factory, Marshall's and Oshman's Super Sports.

The Palm Beach County center's anchors are Nordstrom, Lord & Taylor and Dillard's, along with J.C. Penney and Burdines.
