Taubman Sets Debut Dates on 4 Centers

MIAMI-Taubman Centers is ringing the calender on anticipated opening dates for four Florida retail ventures totaling 5.16 million sf with an estimated hard-cost construction value of $50 million.

Taubman Centers of Bloomfield Hills, MI is getting ready for gala openings on four Florida shopping centers totaling 5.16 million sf with an estimated hard-cost construction value of $50 million.

The 1.4 million-sf Dolphin Mall opens in Miami in March. The 1.3 million-sf Mall at Wellington debuts in Palm Beach County in October 2001; the 1.26 million-sf International Plaza at the Tampa International Airport comes on line in September 2001; and the 1.2 million-sf Mall at Millennia in Orlando is scheduled to break ground by yearend with a targeted opening for first quarter 2002.
