Insignia/ESG negotiated for the tenant. Codina Realty Services-ONCOR represented the owner, Swerdlow Real Estate Group. The 100-acre development tract is planned for two million sf. Other LightSpeed Centers are planned for Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale and at Interstate 95 and Cypress Creek Road in Broward County.
