In the wake of robust activity, Boston Properties Senior vice president Bryan Koop says One Cambridge Center is now 100% occupied. The company, which is also developing two office buildings across the river in Boston, is now marketing the final property at Cambridge Center, a 12-building, 2 million-sf complex carved out of the city's Kendall Square neighborhood. Seven Cambridge Center, as it will be known, will have 170,000 sf of office and retail space.
