Richfield Partners plans to convert one warehouse to retail with small shops, restaurants and possibly a movie theater complex—a first for Henry County. The second warehouse is planned for commercial. NEC plans to lease part of the third office/manufacturing building for its scaled-down automotive electronics unit housing a staff of 30, down from the former 670-person work force.
Henry County's population has more than doubled to 125,000 in the last 10 years. Retail and commercial projects, are just beginning to boom.
