The Chicago office of Julien J. Studley Inc. represented Holland & Knight LLP in the long-term lease. In addition, Studley assisted Holland & Knight with a short-term lease for 23,600 sf at 33 W. Monroe, which will help ameliorate space constraints at the firmÕs current location during the construction of Dearborn Center. Prime Realty Services Inc. represented ownership in the lease at 33 W. Monroe. The building is owned by Prime Group Realty Trust.
The 37-story Dearborn Center is a development of the Prime Group and Beitler Development Co. LLC. Douglas Elliman-Beitler, leasing agents for the property, represented the landlord in the 69,400-sf lease. The property is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in 2002.
