The complex, at 15715 E. Arrow Highway in Irwindale, has 74,500 sf of office and high-tech manufacturing space on a 4.92-acre site. Cordis Webster, a unit of Johnson & Johnson Inc., signed a long-term lease for the entire complex earlier this year.

Cordis Webster is one of the world's largest makers of heart catheters. It only recently began moving into the development.

The City of Industry office of CB Richard Ellis office and Torrance office of Industrial Realty Group represented the sellers. The Newport Beach office of attorneys O'Melveny & Myers represented the buyer, the Louis Mickel Trust.
