The estimated $2.4 million venture is scheduled to break ground within 30 days. The two-building North Aspen Street project will house a 10,150-sf laundry room, two tanning beds, one tanning booth, video games and three television sets.
T&T also owns the Colonial Coin Laundry in Lincolnton and other similar operations in Newton, Hickory, Longview and Morganton. Lincolnton is about 30 miles north of Charlotte.
