New Facility for Parker Hannifin Under Way in Elgin

WISPARK Corp. has broken ground on a 54,000 sf manufacturing facility at Northwest Corporate Park, in Elgin, IL, a northwest suburb of Chicago Parker Hannifin Corp. will occupy the facility.

Parker Hannifin is a manufacturer of motion and control technologies. The manufacturing facility is designed to accommodate an expansion up to 90,000 sf and will include two external docks, one drive-in door and a Class IV fire sprinkler system. In addition, it will feature a 14,300 sf, two-story office area and 39,700 sf of plant area which will include custom designed oven rooms, quality-control laboratories, perimeter clear story windows, painted roof deck and walls and epoxy flooring throughout.
