Parker Hannifin is a manufacturer of motion and control technologies. The manufacturing facility is designed to accommodate an expansion up to 90,000 sf and will include two external docks, one drive-in door and a Class IV fire sprinkler system. In addition, it will feature a 14,300 sf, two-story office area and 39,700 sf of plant area which will include custom designed oven rooms, quality-control laboratories, perimeter clear story windows, painted roof deck and walls and epoxy flooring throughout.
Kiferbaum Construction Corp. is contractor for the project and will coordinate the design and installation of process mechanical and electrical systems. Architect is Harris Architects.Darwin Realty & Development represented Parker Hannifin in the real estate transaction. Completion of the project is planned for December.
