Old Abercrombie & Fitch Building Making Way for 25-Story Tower

Approximately one third of the building has been leased to the Screen Actors Guild and an accounting firm. The 360,000-sf tower will have 15,000 sf of retail space.

About one third of the space has been leased to the Screen Actors Guild and David Berdon & Co., and accounting firm. The developer, Kipp-Stawski Inc. of Washington DC, has named Pavarini Construction Co. as construction manager for the 360,000 sf building. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing agent.
