The structures are slated to open to tenants next week. An official opening is scheduled for Oct. 8.
The development is located near 116th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 12th Street in Bellevue on Overlake's main campus. The 210,000-sf tower will house upwards of 100 doctors' offices.
The space was more than 60 percent leased before work began in 1999. Rents and parking revenue are expected to cover the project's cost, estimated at $57 million.
