Popular Houston Eatery Leases 5,600 sf in Houston CBD for 13th Location

HOUSTON-A restaurant chain likes Houston, opening another cafe, but this time in the city's CBD. Cafe Express has 12 locations in Houston, Dallas and Phoenix.

Houston-based restaurant chain, has leased 5,600 sf on the ground level of Chase Center, 650 Main St. in downtown Houston. A Cafe Express restaurant will open in October. The restaurant firm has a total of 12 Cafe Express locations in Houston, Dallas and Phoenix.

In 1995, the Cafe Express was recognized with a “Hot Concept” award from Nation’s Restaurant News. Moseley Commercial represented the landlord, Chase Bank, and Boyd Page & Associates acted on behalf of Express Foods.
