The financial planning consultant is a 35-year Charlotte resident and is aware of the problems facing the nation's second-fastest growing metropolis.
One of those concerns is the 25-year transit plan the city has launched to build five transit corridors lined with higher-density, transit-friendly growth. Anderson worries that political trading could quickly derail the transit plan.
Another controversial issue Anderson and his associates will be reviewing is SouthPark mall. September rezoning hearings will determine if the mall can grow by 50% as its owners contend.
