Cargo Firm Relocates Corporate HQ in O'Hare Market

BENSENVILLE, IL - International/domestic freight forwarding firm combines headquarters and terminal in one location.

Cargo Inc. leased a 115,700-sf facility at 220 Thorndale Rd., Bensenville, a northwest suburb of Chicago. This was a relocation of the firm’s corporate headquarters and O’Hare terminal from Elk Grove Village, another northwest Chicago suburb.

With locations throughout the United States, Cargo Inc. is an international and domestic freight-forwarding firm that provides a variety of third party logistic services to its customers. Features of the property include 18 exterior loading docks, 24-foot clear ceiling height and 20,000 sf of executive office space. The Trammell Crow Co. represented the tenant in the transaction.
