Meanwhile, Genesis is putting finishing touches to a two-tower, 600-unit complex at 3225 Turtle Creek, located in the same stretch where the Excelsior will be built. Excelsior construction is expected to start in November on the property situated at the edge of Lee Park. A 14-month construction period is planned.

Lee Park addresses are bringing in top-dollar prices for Dallas developers. A spot in the Excelsior goes from about $200,000 up to $740,000 - reportedly still less than other high-rise prices in the immediate vicinity.
