The firm will occupy the main and lower levels as the property continues to be renovated into class A space, according to partner Elliot S. Tetenbaum. The remainder of the space will be leased. An affiliate of the law firm also owns the retail strip mall adjoining the Meadow Avenue building.
Larkin, Axelrod also has operations at 34 Route 17 K in Newburgh, 789 Little Britain Rd. in New Windsor and 626 East Main St. in Middletown, which opened earlier this year. The full-service law firm employs approximately 20 attorneys and 40 support staff.
