Law Firm Begins Expansion Move

NEWBURGH, NY-Larkin, Axelrod, Trachte and Tetenbaum LLP to occupy new office in Newburgh. Half the space, 15,000 sf, will be leased to other tenants.

Employees at Larkin, Axelrod, Trachte and Tetenbaum LLP are moving into new offices at 356 Meadow Ave. in Newburgh. The law firm, one of the fastest-growing legal practitioners in Orange County, will eventually fill 15,000 sf of the 30,000 sf building it purchased more than a year ago.

The firm will occupy the main and lower levels as the property continues to be renovated into class A space, according to partner Elliot S. Tetenbaum. The remainder of the space will be leased. An affiliate of the law firm also owns the retail strip mall adjoining the Meadow Avenue building.
