New Office Building Going up in Corporate Woods

OVERLAND PARK, KS - A good economy spurs yet more building in this affluent suburb.

Construction is under way on Building 82 in the Corporate Woods office complex in Overland Park, KS. The scheduled completion for the 250,000 sf building will be next summer.

The top floor, measuring 26,500 sf, has been leased by the law firm Lathrop & Gage, which will be moving from Building 40. There are 30 buildings and more than 2 million sf of class Aoffice space in Corporate Woods, located at College Blvd. andAntioch Road. Twenty five of the buildings are overseen by MC RealEstate.
