Phase II of Cromwell Business Park comprises 130,570 sf, of which 117,783 sf is leased to Physician Practice Inc., BDP International, Concentra Health, L2M Architects, RCI Corp. and Michael Bauer Inc., in addition to Iphotonics. In all, ten buildings totaling 520,000 sf of flex and office space are planned for the park, a project of MIE Properties of Baltimore.
