KANSAS CITY, MO - $2.5 million TIF helps to finance rehab work.

Advance Auto Parts is the latest tenant to renew its lease in the center. The company remains in its 13,600-sf space in the center, which was built in the 1950s and is one of the country's oldest strip malls. Located at 12020 S. U.S. Highway 71, Truman Corners is built on the childhood playground of President Harry S. Truman.
