Last year, Graebel, the largest privately owned household goods carrier in the US, moved into a much larger headquarters building in the Gateway Business Park in Aurora.

The vacant 161,990-sf building sits on 26 acres at 401 S. Airport Blvd. It is being listed by Cushman & Wakefield Inc., which is marketing the 49,059-sf office portion as a call center and the 112,000-sf industrial portion as a traditional warehouse. The idea is to lease the building and then sell it to an investor, rather than focus on simply selling it as a headquarters, broker David Banzhaf told GlobeSt.com.
