Apparel Company Sews Up Office Deal

GREENSBORO, NC-After a long search for permanent office space here, apparel maker VF Corp. is buying the 181,000-sf Cone Mills corporate office complex at North Pointe Corporate Center for an estimated $15 million.

Apparel maker VF Corp. is buying the 181,000-sf Cone Mills corporate office complex at North Pointe Corporate Center in Greensboro, NC for an estimated $15 million. The closing is set for late August.

The transaction gives VP Corp. an opportunity to consolidate and relocate some of its Triad facilities to a well-known location. The property comprises three buildings and 15.6 aces at 3101 N. Elm St.
