A long-expected lease has given a Washington building under construction a new name.The international law firm Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells has signed on for the top three floors of the 11-story, 231,000-sf building at 2001 K St. NW. The project's developer, Louis Dreyfus Property Group, agreed to name the building in honor of the firm's senior partner.
