Cisco plans to move into the building this fall.Kost says there is still about 100,000-sf ofspace available for sublease in the Hamm Building., from the St. Paul Co., which is looking to shift out of the space. There are also significant chunks of subleased space, which is under contract to a tenant who wants to move.
Cisco Systems will take temporary space in the Hamm Building later this month during the build-out of its permanent space, which is expected to be complete in early October. Built in 1919 by the Hamm's Brewing family, the HammBuilding underwent a complete renovation in 1997, updating its readiness for technology while trying to restore its architectural charm, such as its high ceilings and tall windows.
