Goddard Investment Group, a recently-formed investment and development company, is building seven one- and two-story office townhouses geared to tenants needing 1,000 to 3,000 sf of space. Rental rates are likely to run about $18-$20 psf.

The Village, on 11.5 acres, will include 76,536 sf of office and retail space. Goddard sold a 2.4-acre outparcel to ExecuCourt, which plans a 30,000- sf office building on the site and 2 acres are under contract to daycare-provider Primrose Schools.
