RNL Architectural Firm Tackling Five Projects Totaling 1.3 Million sf

DENVER-The city's largest architectural firm is undertaking five projects, totaling more than 1.3 million sf, in the Greater Denver area. The largest project involves a facilities' master plan and campus consolidation for the 950,000-sf J.D. Edwards & Co.'s office development.

Denver-based RNL Design, the largest architectural firm in the Rocky Mountain region with more than 200 employees, has landed five new projects totaling more than 1.3 million sf.The single biggest project is to help with the facilities’ master plan and campus consolidation adviser for the 950,00-sf J.D. Edwards & Co. office development. J.D. Edwards is a large software company based in the Denver Technological Center.

Other projects include:- Programming facilities and site master planning, as well as the interior design for the 235,000-sf City Hall in Thornton, a bedroom community north of Denver.- Executive and administrative office and tenant finish for the 116,000-sf Denver office of Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp.- Space planing and interior design for the 50,000-sf Mainstreet Hosting Co. in Denver and San Diego; and programming, facilities and site master planning, and concept building design for the 40,000-sf Summit County Justice Center in the mountains west of Denver.
