In the largest transaction, Capital Partners Inc. paid Daryl M. Carter, trustee, $3.84 million for a 1.42-acre parcel at Bay and Hogan Streets in Downtown Jacksonville. The price equates to $2.7 million per acre or $62.13 psf. Capital Partners represented itself.

Daryl M. Carter, trustee of Carter-I-75 Land Trust, bought a 14.88-acre tract from Southern Land Co. at NW 10th Street and Interstate 75 in Ocala. The $500,000 price equates to $33,602 per acre or 77 cents psf. Southern Land represented itself.

In the third transaction, Daryl M. Carter, trustee of Carter-Keene Road Land Trust, paid W & F Agrigrowth-Fernfield Ltd. $210,000 for 19.3 acres at the southeast corner of Ocoee-Apopka Road (County Road 437) and Keene Road in northwest Orange County. The price equates to $10,881 per acre or $2.50 psf. Lou Haubner Realty Inc. negotiated for the seller.
