"Record prices are being paid by buyers and rents are increasing for apartment units due to the vacancy rate staying right around 5%.''
The Bella Vista Apartments, 1101 W. 69th Ave., were built in 1972. According to county records, the property is selling for almost double its assessed valuation of $955,521.
