Patrick Sterrett has been promoted to the assistant director of the PortAuthority. He has a bachelor's degree in architecture and a master'sdegree in urban planning from the University of Kansas. In the new post, he will beresponsible for the city's Missouri riverfront.

Jennifer Brandt has been promoted to the manager of legislative affairs.She has a degee from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, MO,and will be responsible for public education.

Sandra Rayford has joined the corporation as the assistant director ofthe Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority. She has a bachelor'sdegree in business administration from the University of Missouri-KansasCity.

Jennifer Fortin has joined the staff as the communications/marketingmanager. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas.

Kelli Cochran has joined the staff as a planner for the Tax IncrementFinancing commission. She has a bachelor's degree in environmentalpolicy and a master's degree in urban planning from the University ofKansas.
