Trammell Crow Co. in Austin has spent the past two years to bring the center to this state. Brokers are concertedly scouting for buyers, with plans to close a deal by year's end.The project is located on the Interstate 35 corridor north of Hopkins Rd. and south of Texas 80/123 off ramp.
The lead tenant is Target, which occupies 104,000 sf. JC Penney leases 25,754 sf and Office Max, 23,500 sf. Other tenants include Bealls, Logan's Roadhouse, Fashion bug, and Applebee's. The center presently has one storefront vacancy.
