AUSTIN-Trammell Crow Co. in Austin wants everything to be fresh at a recently completed 225,000-sf retail renovation - including the owner. The Springtown Shopping Center in San Marcos hits the market as brokers scour for a buyer, hoping to close a deal by year's end.

The 225,000-sf Springtown Shopping Center in San Marcos is up for sale following completion of an extensive redevelopment and establishing a stronger tenant base.

Trammell Crow Co. in Austin has spent the past two years to bring the center to this state. Brokers are concertedly scouting for buyers, with plans to close a deal by year’s end.The project is located on the Interstate 35 corridor north of Hopkins Rd. and south of Texas 80/123 off ramp.
