Since joining the firm, Powers headed up the company's New York Consulting Group for several years and has been involved in a number of large transactions including Standard & Poors' 940,00-sf lease at 55 Water St. He has also worked on several deals with McGraw Hill and in 1999 played a critical role in Ernst & Young's lease of more than one million sf at 5 Times Square. He is currently representing Boston Properties in the development of Times Square Tower, a one million-sf building.
