The 216,000-sf building stands at 5545 Wilshire Blvd., about three miles west of the Civic Center. It is owned by locally based California Property Management Connection and is currently about 50% leased, says Chris Holland, one of the three WESTMAC brokers marketing the property.

When it was built nearly 40 years ago--when height limitations still applied in LA--the 23-story tower was the tallest in the city, Holland tells GlobeSt.com. The building can accommodate tenants needing up to 78,000 sf on the building's top two floors and signage can be negotiated, he adds.

As part of an extensive 18-month remodeling program, Miracle Mile Tower received a major HVAC overhaul, got a new contemporary black exterior, new elevator cabs and a refurbishment of the building's common areas, Holland says.
