His product may not be the best thing since sliced bread, but Anthony Gimenez believes he and his two brothers, Carlos and Mark, have come up with a revolutionary concept for scheduling vendor services online for the commercial, industrial and residential sectors.
Startup costs were $750,000. “It's a complex animal,” the firm's president, Anthony Gimenez, tells GlobeSt.com. “We know there's competition out there, but we also know no one so far is going after the commercial market as we are.”
The company tracks structural and termite inspections, surveys, title searches, appraisals, repairs, home warranties and home insurance for commercial, multifamily and single-family products.
“The whole idea is to make things much easier and simpler” for landlords, brokers and property managers, Gimenez says.
He says for those services that require report delivery, Access2re.com automates the delivery of those reports, virtually eliminating tedious and often costly administrative services for either the service provider or the broker/agent.
The company also handles the payment process between service providers and the billing party. “We think we've found a market niche with our product,” Gimenez says.
The company's site is www.access2re.com.
