In Denver, he will oversee the business aspects of a 3.1 million-sf office portfolio, which includes the 56-story Republic Plaza, the city's tallest building.Brandt also is in charge of Minneapolis, his home base, and Chicago.
During his career, Brandt has been involved in at least 13 building projects, including Block E in Minneapolis, Dain Bosworth Plaza in Minneapolis, Chicago Place in Chicago, Toronto Dominion Square in Calgary, Alberta, Edmonton Center in Edmonton and Northstar Center in Minneapolis.
