The architect is Fentress Bradburn Architects of Denver, designer of the Denver International Airport terminal and the Colorado Center. Burkett Design will work with Fentress. Burkett's clients include Lucent Technologies, Echostar Communications and Qwest Communications.Washington, D.C.-based CarrAmerica Co., which has a strong office presence along Denver's suburban southeast corridor, will be the developer. The project mark's the first urban project in Denver by CarrAmerica.
Janus spokeswoman Shelly Grice said the companies were picked because they're leaders in their respective fields and will work well together. "Janus very much wants a signature campus,'' she told GlobeSt.com.
