Denver-based Janus Funds has chosen a developer, architect and interior designer for a $150-million office campus that is being molded from the former Lowry Air Force Base east of downtown.

The architect is Fentress Bradburn Architects of Denver, designer of the Denver International Airport terminal and the Colorado Center. Burkett Design will work with Fentress. Burkett’s clients include Lucent Technologies, Echostar Communications and Qwest Communications.Washington, D.C.-based CarrAmerica Co., which has a strong office presence along Denver’s suburban southeast corridor, will be the developer. The project mark’s the first urban project in Denver by CarrAmerica.
