Named Scripps Northridge Corporate Plaza, the new two-story building is scheduled to be completed by February in this northern suburb of San Diego. It can accomodate two to four tenants, and marketing efforts will focus on knowledge-based or R&D tenants, says Robert V. Lankford, president and CEO of San Diego-based Lankford & Associates.
The building will be the fourth at Lankford's Scripps Northridge Corporate Center, a business park off Scripps Poway Parkway. Electronic giant Nokia has already signed up for about 320,000 sf in the business park, and Maintenance Warehouse has another 151,000 sf for use as its regional headquarters.
