The new assets will complement Nortel's existing 246,000-sf, $35 million center.The buildings will be connected by a walkway. The first structure is scheduled to open in April 2001; the second during the summer.

The developer is Barry Real Estate Cos. which also built Nortel's first structure two years ago.
