Opus Seals Up Center with NSI

HAYWARD, CA - NSI, the nation's third largest custom envelope manufacturer, is taking 83,328 sf at the Bayside Distribution Center.

National Service Industries Inc. has come to terms with Opus West Corp. for 83,328 sf at the Bayside Distribution Center.

The 341,000-sf complex is also home to PE Biosystems, Movers International and Portal Publications. NSI, the nation’s third largest custom envelope manufacturer, will use the facility as the regional office of its subsidiary Atlantic Envelope Co.
