The 341,000-sf complex is also home to PE Biosystems, Movers International and Portal Publications. NSI, the nation's third largest custom envelope manufacturer, will use the facility as the regional office of its subsidiary Atlantic Envelope Co.
According to John Greer, Opus West senior vice president, the property's quick lease-up reflects the high level of absorption occurring in the East Bay industrial market. He says vacancy rates for distribution space in Hayward hover around 3%.
