Ernst & Young has leased 45,000 sf for six years and the nonprofit Conservation International is said to be considering 80,000 sf after its deal to move into 4501 Connecticut Ave. NW fell apart. In addition, Digital video production company Slingshot Networks may sign up for about 100,000 sf on a 10-year lease.
Work on the eight-story, 275,000-sf building is expected to be finished in the third quarter. Rents are in the $40 per sf range.
